Savvy is originally from Durango, CO. She moved back to the area and joined the Riverview Animal Hospital team in 2025. Savvy has worked in veterinary medicine for nearly a decade, with much of that time spent at a clinic in Portland, OR. During her time in Oregon she became “Fear Free Certified.” She is very passionate about giving patients the best care, handling, and experience possible for their exams and treatments. Savvy is currently finishing her bachelor's degree in Zoology from Oregon State University. In her free time, Savvy enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her dog, reading, and making art.
