Samantha was born in Pennsylvania, but has lived all over the US for school and work. Originally a marine biologist, Samantha has experience working with a variety of marine animals, but this is her first job in the veterinary field! She recently moved to Durango with her husband and two dogs, Rio and Indy. Samantha has a special interest in animal behavior and positive reinforcement dog training, so you will always find her with treats in her pocket! In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. Samantha is excited to be a part of the Riverview team and begin her career in the veterinary field!
