Megs was born and raised in Durango on her family's farm. Before joining the Riverview family in early 2023, she worked in veterinary medicine for eight years. Megs received her Certified Veterinary Assistant certificate from San Juan College in 2021 and continues to pursue status as a Certified Veterinary Technician. Megs is also Fear-Free Certified. She raises goats, sheep, and cattle with her husband and 3 daughters. In her free time, Megs likes to enjoy the outdoors with her family and dogs.
