Marianne originally started at Riverview in 2011, and then re-joined the team in 2014 after a brief hiatus to send her only daughter off to college. She has a vast amount of experience and education and loves nothing more than to learn new things and share them with clients. Marianne is a Certified Veterinary Technician with 18 years of experience working directly in the veterinary field. In 2009, she also became certified in Canine Rehabilitation through the University Of Tennessee College Of Veterinary Medicine which allows us to offer physical therapy services at our hospital. In addition, she is Nationally Certified in Canine Massage and Acupressure and has a special interest in home health and hospice care for animals. Often, you can also find Marianne teaching senior dog and fitness classes in our downstairs training facility. At Riverview, Marianne also uses her MBA and degree in communications to provide educational materials for both clients and staff. Marianne is an avid hiker, biker, scuba diver and also loves horseback riding. She shares a small ranch in Durango with her 4 horses and 3 dogs.
