Mack was raised in a rural landscape in the southern hill country and spent her pre-veterinary years working as a wildlife biologist and backcountry guide.  She is currently pursuing her RVT license and has been working in veterinary medicine since 2021. When she's not caring for animals, Mack enjoys adventuring with her pack of small and large critters and being feral in the southwest.
