Khaela was born and raised in Cortez, CO. She has had an admiration for and a passion for taking care of animals since a very young age. She lives with four dogs, three of which are rescues. Outside of work, Khaela enjoys hiking, softball, and spending time with friends and family. She is currently enrolled in the Veterinary Technician education program at San Juan and is excited to take a step in the right direction for her career with the Riverview family!
