Jessie is a dedicated veterinary technician with over 20 years of experience, the majority of that time being in emergency medicine. She brings a wealth of expertise, compassion, and a calm demeanor to every patient interaction. Originally from the Midwest, Jessie moved to Denver 18 years ago to pursue her veterinary technician education and relocated to Durango in 2025 to be closer to her family. Her extensive experience in emergency medicine has honed her ability to remain composed under pressure while providing compassionate care. Jessie is also “Fear Free Certified,” ensuring that she prioritizes reducing fear, anxiety, and stress in her patients. Outside of work, Jessie enjoys paddleboarding with her dog, spending quality time with loved ones, exploring her creative side by making and selling crocheted plushies, and narrating audiobooks.
