Jen is a Registered Veterinary Technician originally from Maryland who moved back to Colorado in 2025 after a brief time in Tennessee. She brings specialized training in emergency and critical care, along with experience in veterinary academia. Jen earned her degree from Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology and continued her studies at MSU Denver, building a strong foundation in advanced patient care. She has a special passion for cardiology and critical care, and she finds it deeply rewarding to support pets and their families during life’s most critical moments. Jen is excited to be part of the Riverview Animal Hospital team because of the hospital’s commitment to excellent care and its strong focus on serving the community. Outside of the clinic, Jen’s greatest joy is spending time with her husband and their three beloved dogs — Gunner, Summit, and Alta. Together, they love exploring Colorado’s trails, hiking, and camping. When she’s not outdoors or in the clinic, Jen enjoys painting and perfecting her sourdough recipes.
