Dr. Jen Anderle grew up in rural New Hampshire and graduated from the Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. Dr. Jen spent a year practicing general and emergency medicine in Truckee, California, until all signs pointed her to Durango. She is thrilled to join the team at Riverview Animal Hospital and call Durango home. Dr. Jen has special interests in small animal dermatology, nutrition, internal medicine, and end of life, or palliative, care. 

When she’s not working, Dr. Jen enjoys being outdoors with her fiancé and their Caribbean mutt, Bowie. She enjoys hiking, road biking, skiing, cooking, and being on the ocean with her family when she’s back in New England.
