The class focus is "S.T.A.R.", which stands for Socialization, Training, Activity and Responsibility.  This is a perfect class for first time dog owners or serious minded dog owners that want to pursue advanced training.  Class includes basic commands but also detailed information on pet care for the entirety of the dog's life.

This class is for dogs under one year of age and meets for one hour a week for six consecutive weeks.

Puppies must have two sets of DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations to participate in this class.

Puppy Kindergarten Class

This class focuses on basic commands that all puppies should learn and provides socialization with other puppies.  Also included is an informative training book called "Puppy Primer".

This class is for dogs between three months and six months of age and meets for one hour a week for four consecutive weeks.

Puppies must have two sets of DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations to participate in this class.

Puppy Agility Class

This class focuses on basic commands, socialization and confidence building with an introduction to agility obstacles.

This class is for dogs under one year of age and meets for one hour a week for four consecutive weeks.

Puppies must have two sets of DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations to participate in this class.

Basic Obedience Class

This class focuses on basic commands, socialization and confidence building.  The class can be a first time class for a dog or an advancement after Puppy Class has been completed.

This class is for dogs over one year of age and meets for one hour a week for four consecutive weeks.

Dogs must be current on DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations to participate in this class.

Canine Good Citizen Class

This class is approved by the American Kennel Club (AKC) and focuses on teaching good manners required for public interaction.  It is intended for dogs that have already completed either the Puppy Kindergarten and/or Basic Obedience class.  This class is a pre-requisite to become certified as a Therapy Dog.

This class is for dogs over six months of age and meets for one hour a week for six consecutive weeks.

Dogs must be current on DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations to participate in this class.

 Pre-Agility Class

This class introduces and prepares dogs for beginning agility work.  All dogs taking this class should know basic commands and do well with commands off leash.  This class is a pre-requisite for all agility classes.

This class is for dogs over six months of age and meets for one hour a week for four consecutive weeks.

Dogs must be current on DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations to participate in this class.
